A leading and rapidly expanding Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a highly driven Bilingual Sales Executive to join its dynamic commercial team in the Interlomas area (Huixquilucan, State of Mexico).

Your Key Responsibilities (Driving Revenue and Growth):
Client Management & Closing: Provide professional attention and follow-up to qualified inbound and outbound leads.
Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential U.S. clients and close deals, representing the brand with professionalism and confidence in both English and Spanish.
Presentation & Communication: Present the company’s Digital Marketing services with clarity, empathy, and confidence, ensuring the value proposition is understood.
Financial Administration: Prepare detailed quotations and follow through on the sales pipeline until the deal is successfully closed.
Lead Generation & Strategy: Actively attend networking events to support prospecting efforts and collaborate with the Marketing team to align commercial strategies and optimize lead quality.
Performance Reporting: Report weekly progress, results, and conversion metrics to management, demonstrating an Enthusiasm for Results.
Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professional presentation and client service at all times.
Work Schedule & Location:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Model: Hybrid Work (Home office on Fridays based on performance).
Location: Presential work in our offices in the Interlomas Area.
Competitive Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: $16,000 MXN net (Monthly).
Incentive: 10% commission on closed deals (uncapped earning potential).
Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Contract Basis.
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves):
Bilingual Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency is mandatory (for client service and sales with U.S. clients).
Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (with a demonstrated history of meeting targets).
Professional Attitude: Strong professional presence, high energy, drive, and resilience.
Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strong client interaction skills.
Location: Ability or willingness to commute to/relocate to the Interlomas Area.
Desirable Qualifications (A Plus):
Industry Knowledge: Digital Marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
