Wages and salaries analysis.                                       
Reconciliation of payroll against accounting.           
Payroll reconciliation of state tax, social security.            
Preparation of notes for FIRE YE reporting.              
Define budget rates for employee social benefits.   
True up calculation for Social benefits.                     
FIRE Validation and correction.     
Monthly posting of social benefits and  reconciliation.
Payroll related postings.
Analysis/ posting actuarial valuation IAS 19 & D-3.
Management of saving funds for employees.
Budgeting of balance accounts for social benefits. 
Management of recovery of seniority premium paid.
Payments posting of profit sharing's.

Bachelor´s degree in Public Accounting.
2 years of experience in Payroll.
Excellent service attitude and good behavior.
English level: Intermediate.
Highly Proactive, Problems Solving,
Additional requirements

SAP FI finance module (Accounting Payroll).
Excel advanced, Office tools.
Desirable: Power BI.
