Intermediate Procurement Buyer
Your activities:
Ensure the supply of materials according to the requirement indicated by the SAP System (quantity and delivery time)
Manage orders for raw materials periodically
Regular check of the availability of the material to avoid shortages. Ensure the continuous supply of suppliers in accordance with the orders submitted.
Identify urgent materials and initiate escalation process in case of shortages.
Control of inventories at the optimal level
Negotiate with supplier fluctuations in the volumes
Monitoring of shipments in transit
Follow up recovery plan with suppliers
Monitoring the effectiveness of engineering changes avoiding the obsolescence of materials.
Contribute with vision of company and plant for business development
